Shipping

All orders are shipped from Mallorca. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the

responsibility of the buyer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details

(when available). Pink Lemon is not responsible for any delays, damages, or losses that may occur

during transit. Claims related to shipping issues must be addressed directly with the transport

company.

Local Delivery - Mallorca

We offer home delivery within Mallorca for an additional fee, depending on location and size of the

order. Please contact us before purchasing to arrange this service and confirm availability.

Pick-Up at Store

You are welcome to pick up your order in person at our showroom in Alaró during opening hours.

Please select the "Pick-Up at Store" option at checkout and wait for confirmation that your order is

ready.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival. In such

cases, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, including photos of the item and

packaging.

Please note that our products are often handmade or vintage, and slight variations or imperfections

are part of their unique charm and are not considered defects.Important
